The ability to develop business is a skill that most firms seek in their future leaders. It is also the one area in which most professionals feel the least developed or experienced. With the emergence of the global coronavirus pandemic, many professionals are selling and delivering services in a brand new climate. Our program focuses on developing your sphere of influence and managing prospects in a virtual environment, in addition to a traditional face-to-face environment.

If you have a group of professionals who wish to become better business developers, consider incorporating our Rainmaker Development Program® (RDP) into your learning programs. This program provides a mix of learning and "real life" experiential activities to build real skills in personal marketing and business development.

Our standard program entails six virtual roundtables that teach participants critical personal marketing and business development concepts. Between roundtables, your RDP participants will be tasked to complete assignments with support from an in-firm coach who they identify, reporting their progress by a specific date. In each subsequent roundtable, we discuss challenges and successes, learn the material for the next concept and agree on a new assignment to facilitate real learning and progress.

  • Monday, October 31, 2022 - Roundtable 4: Qualifying Opportunities for Success
  • Monday, December 12, 2022 - Roundtable 5: Sales Strategies to Close More Business
  • Monday, January 16, 2023 - Roundtable 6: Furthering Your Target Accounts and Building Thought Leadership

Terms and Conditions

If circumstances require that you must cancel your participation in the ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC Leadership Development Program for Seniors and Supervisors"', you may be entitled to a refund. We will refund the following prior to the program kick-off, based on the total program cost you paid.

  • 60 or more days prior to the program kick-off call - Full refund

  • 30 to 59 days prior to program kick-off call – 50% refund or substitute alternative attendee provided the substitution occurs 7 or more days prior to kick-off call1

  • 7 to 29 days prior to the program kick-off – Not eligible for refund, but may substitute alternative attendee provided the substitution occurs 7 or more days prior to kick-off call1

  • Less than 7 days before or after program kick-off call - Not eligible for refund as program costs are incurred and seats are limited.

    1Should you need to cancel your participation in the Leadership Development Program for Seniors and Supervisors" seven (7) or more days prior to the program kick-off call, you may identify an alternative qualified, high-potential candidate from your firm to participate in the program. If this option is chosen, your registration fee will be transferred to the new participant.

    Should ConvergenceCoaching cancel the program for any reason, participants will receive a credit for the portion of the program not delivered. ConvergenceCoaching reserves the right to re-schedule the program elements, dates or delivery methods due to unforeseen or natural circumstances including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, extreme weather, pandemic, etc., and we make no guarantee on alternate dates or locations.
